Refund policy

We want you to love your apparel. However, because every item is custom-printed specifically for you when you order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing. Please check our size charts carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Damaged Items: We stand behind our quality. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shopdeccancode@gmail.com with a clear photo of the defect and your order number. We will immediately arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, worn items, or ordering the wrong size
